Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce a new partnership we have entered into with FoV Editions, a fine-art printer here in Provo.

FoV has been close neighbors of ours for many years now. We have worked together with them on a regular basis, particularly in the digital capture of original works of art. They have been serving the printing needs of many artists throughout the state of Utah and elsewhere, and will now provide all of the printing services for Coleman Studios and its family of artists.

In evaluating the many services we have offered over the years, finding a partner that could focus on providing the high quality we have been committed to, as well as excellent customer service has been paramount to our decision in this new venture. This new partnership will allow us to move the printmaking part of the business out of the gallery so it can focus on displaying and selling art, while consolidating services in one location with extra manpower to better serve our clients.

As with any change, you are likely wondering how this will affect your printing program. Both Coleman Studios and FoV Editions are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Here are the nuts and bolts:

1. 1.As of the above date, any printing you need done will be handled directly by FoV Editions. All of your existing print files will now be located at FoV Editions, including specific print profiles, order history, notes on custom specs, etc.
   

2. 2.When you need to order one print or one hundred, just call FoV at 801-379-0345 or email them at printing@foveditions.com and they’ll take care of the rest.
   

3. 3.If you have a new original that needs to be digitally captured, FoV will also handle that directly. You can contact them in the same way as indicated above, or call to speak with either Nancy Crawley or Scott Livingston at FoV to schedule a time to come in. Both of them are looking forward to helping you.

You are likely wondering what effect, if any, this change will have on your pricing agreement with Coleman Studios. FoV has agreed to honor all pricing arrangements as currently defined by your Coleman Studios agreement. We’ve enjoyed the wonderful opportunities you have provided us over these many years to assist you in your fine-art printing needs, and we are confident that FoV Editions will take excellent care of your needs
